How can I become a BSA customer?
To become a customer, you have to sign a contract with BSA and define a part number range and service level.

Is it possible to order parts without having signed a contract with BSA?
Based on a selected part number range, BSA can setup a simple agreement with full access to functionality of BSA system. For the most of your own benefit, a contract arrangement is recommended.

Is there an initial service fee?
No, there is no initial service fee.

Does BSA take a service fee?
No, BSA does not take a service fee.

Are there any AOG charges?
No, there are no AOG charges.

Is there a 24/7 support?
Yes, the portal and the BSA system ensure a 24/7 support.

Is there any minimum amount of volume to be purchased from BSA?
No, there is not a minimum volume.

Can the scope of the contract be adjusted during the contract periods?

Yes, the contract is flexible and can be adjusted at any time.

What about my existing contracts with the BSA partners?
There are two options: first, you can continue with your existing contracts; second, they can be migrated into the new BSA contract with the same conditions.

Can I still order directly from the BSA partners?
Yes, it is still possible to order directly from the partners.

Is the lead time of parts higher when ordered from BSA?
No, in general if an agreement has been signed the L-T can be by customized by the contract list.

Where is the benefit compared to ordering directly from the BSA partners?
BSA covers the complete Airbus CES portfolio not only the CES parts provided by Satair, Interturbine and Avio-Diepen.

Does BSA cover as well the CES parts for other Airframe OEMs?
Yes, they are covered as well, but the main focus is currently on the support of Airbus.

Is the service only applicable for Airbus or also for non-Airbus aircraft?
The service covers non-Airbus CES supply as well.

Can I select only some part numbers to be procured from BSA?
Yes, BSA and the customer agree on an individual part number range.

Does BSA offer DDU transport?
Yes, there are DDU options.

What is the role of Airbus in the set-up?
Airbus provides the Recommended Spare Part Lists, supports BSA with all relevant OEM data, facilitates contract set-ups between customers and BSA and monitors the performance of the BSA service. Additionally Airbus develops and continuously improves the acCESs service jointly.

How does Airbus support me in having operational problems with BSA?

For any relevant problem, you can either contact your Airbus contact who will share with BSA, and directly contact our BSA representative.

Is the price level higher as the prices quoted directly by the three BSA partners?
The BSA prices are the same or even lower for the contract items.

Why are the prices offered by BSA competitive?
The BSA is consolidating the optimum of pricing and local delivery options/nearest stock.

Do customers get annual rebates?
BSA grants on certain conditions a rebate for the yearly turn-over.
    
Does BSA offer consignment stocks?
No.

Does BSA buy back existing spares?
No.

How is the BSA business relation with BE Aerospace Comsubles Management?

BE is one of the BSA preferred suppliers.
